The short version
Stratus is a personal blog. It has no accounts, no sign-up, no comments and no contact forms, so there is nothing here that asks you for personal information. What data does get collected comes from the hosting provider and any third-party services described below.
What this site stores on your device
One thing, and only if you change it: your light or dark theme preference, saved in your browser's localStorage under the key theme. It never leaves your browser and is not readable by this site's server. Clearing your browser storage removes it.
Hosting
This site is hosted on Vercel, which records standard server logs for every request — IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamp — for security, abuse prevention and aggregate traffic counts. That data is handled under Vercel's privacy policy.
Advertising
Advertising is not currently enabled on this site — no ad scripts are loaded and no advertising cookies are set. This section describes what will happen if that changes.
Advertising is served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites, and to measure whether those ads were seen or clicked.

- You can turn off personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings. Ads will still appear, but they will not be tailored to you.
